Trainers (TOT) course, as part of its programs aimed at building capacity and enhancing local expertise.

Application Requirements:

A minimum of three (3) years of practical experience in conducting training of trainer courses.
Excellent training skills and the ability to facilitate and manage interactive sessions.
Previous experience working with civil society organizations or government entities (preferred).
Ability to develop a comprehensive training package and curriculum.
Commitment to professional standards and work ethics.

Training Duration and Location:

Training Duration: Five training days.

Implementation Method: In-person. Organizational details will be determined in coordination and agreement with the selected trainer.
